Biography
Ansgar is passionate about building the best organization for people to live and work together. With the People Team at Guidewire he is shaping the future of work through automation and Artificial Intelligence.
Ansgar has over 15 years of HR leadership experience. Before joining Guidewire, he was Senior Director, Head of HR GTM for International at UiPath. Prior to UiPath, he led the People function for EMEA North at Google Cloud. Before Google, Ansgar served at SAP in various HR leadership positions across Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands. In his last role at SAP, he was heading up the Total Rewards EMEA organization.
Ansgar lives with his wife and two daughters in Germany. When not working, you may find him outdoors with the family or training for his next triathlon.
