Ansgar Ruhnau
Ansgar is Senior Director, Head of HR GTM for Europe, Middle East and Africa at UiPath.
He is passionate about building the best organization for people to live and work together. With the People Team at UiPath he is shaping the future of work through automation and AI.
Ansgar has over 15 years of HR leadership experience. Before joining UiPath, he was leading the People function for EMEA North at Google Cloud. Before Google, Ansgar served at SAP in various HR leadership positions in Spain, Germany and the Netherlands. In his last role at SAP, he was heading up the Total Rewards EMEA organization.
Ansgar lives with his wife and two daughters in Germany. When not working, you may find him outdoors with the family or training for his next triathlon.
